Hello, i think you have a problem with your GPU or CPU or motherboard. What could be the problem is that your CPU is defect and that your pc will NOT work in any case. You say that the lights and fans are working so your power supply would be fine. Check your GPU CPU and Motherboard. If you can't do this or it doesn't helped then contact the store where you bought your laptop maybe they know a fix for this issue. GoodLuck!
