When I switch on smarttv symbol comes but after that the screen goes white

When I switch on my smart tv samsung it displays smart tv symbol but after that this goes to blank screen and then displays white screen when I tried to change the source to something else it creates the same image. Once I tried screen mirroring it worked only for sound but the image was same white screen.

Try resetting it to default. Know you will have to set up netflix and all other channels again.
