When I talk to friends my mic picks up all audio coming from my computer

When I talk to my friends on Discord they hear everything of audio that comes through my mic on my headset I currently have a SteelSeiries Siberia v3 anyone know any solutions

Are you using Realtek HD Audio? If so disable disable Stereo Mix found in recording devices.
