When i try to reset my lap top. It gives me a message saying There was a problem resetting your pc caan any one advise me

How do i reset computer tofactory settings if the boot menu is incorrect ....

If a factory restore does not work, you will need to use a Windows disk, and possibly need to replace the hard drive if that also fails. Usually a system that can't run a factory restore has a bad hard drive.
