When I try to sign into Netflix I click on the sign in button but it doesn't let me type anything

I click on the login button it doesn't allow me to enter my user name or password

Need more info here, what device is this on? How exactly does it not let you put in the info? Grayed-out, nothing types? Tried rebooting or uninstalling/reinstalling the app?
