When I turn my laptop on I get chexk system f1. it ask for date and everytime I put it in it keeps asking same question

most likely you need to fit a new CMOS battery, looks like a small silver coin (same as a watch battery). It clips on to the main board inside the laptop case. Access to the battery varies by laptop make/model. On some laptops you just unscrew and lift off a small plastic cover on the underside, whilst some others require you to remove the entire plastic backplate.
