When the power is switched on to the laptop it is taking so much why

When power is switched on to my laptop it is so much time to start.why?

Fragmented disk? Too little RAM? Too much junk starting in the background? Underpowered processor? Power profile set to power saving? Slow DHCP server on network? There are dozens of reasons it might be.
