I’ve had my phone for years now it’s all beating up and I may need a new one so my question when should you buy a new and or upgrade one?

That's for you to decide and you can do it at any time you choose. If you want to sign up for a contract with your current cell phone provider then you can get a discount on the phone that you want. Buying one without a contract will cost you the full price of the phone , usually $500 to $600 for a smartphone and about half that for a regular cell phone.

When a better deal comes along or better hardware with technologies you could use and/or really need.
One place I know that has the best rates in the country for smart phones, and I have done a lot of research the last two months, is a relatively new service provider called FLASH Wireless. The have an actual real unlimited EVERYTHING plan for $59.99 (data, text, calling, long distance the whole 9 yards) and they run it on the Sprint backbone. You can find them here

They also have deals for all the main carriers also, so I don't know what your personal requirements are but there is one place to look if you looking for something specific.

Ok i'll look into it ok? Thanks.
