When usb is plugged in error pops up

Hello, When I plug in any type of USB a error pops up..it's got all these numbers and stuff..and I can't get rid of it..My system 32 is also like only 728kb and not the size it should be. Please help..Thanks..

Have a look at Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager and see if the USB section is yellow flagged as faulty. If so try updating the driver (from laptop maker's support site).
