the file or directory c:\users\administrator\appdata\local is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the chkdsk utility.

Press your Windows key and R togther and into the Run box type
chkdsk /r
then hit the Enter key.

If that doesn't fix it, go to c:\windows\system32 and right click on the file cmd.exe then choose RunAs Administrator.

A Command form shows up and the syntax is as above but with more permissions than the ordinary User Account can muster.
