where can i find it

I have an ancient computer... its a windows 7 laptop, I see the camera on the top of the screen, but I don't know how to access it?

did you try running the cam software that came with the laptop or perhaps it was updated from another OS to win7 and no one installed the driver or Cam software?
We definitely need more details here. How about beginning with the make and model# of the laptop from the sticker on the bottom.
