Where can I reactivate?

I have a (hopefully) simple question. I need to reactivate a use on Office Visio 2007.
I dont want to call Microsoft and all support roads seem to lead to a charge. Does anyone know of a support email or link to a support request page where I can get my key reactivated?

User swapped comps and needs this app sooner rather than later.

Humm I thought 2007 had an internet activation too?

I hit my license max, legitimately though. A user got an upgrade and I just want to reactivate my key.

Think you'll have to give them a call then. I suppose they may try and avoid automating this to better ensure re-activations are legit.

Perhaps someone you know has free calls as part of their cell phone plan?

i had to call microsoft up on my old copy of windows xp once i hit the maximum number of "auto activations" due to me having to reinstall many times over the course of the pcs lifespan. i was out of free phone support time and i was not charged one penny for this reactivation.

granted this was 5 years ago, but you still shouldn't get charged just for "activation".
