where can you buy a led tv screen and panel replacement

Hej Folks, I need your help !

I need a replacement part for a broken TV LED Panel.

Its a Samsung LTA400HM23

Any ideas where i can buy this panel ?

With the panel being the main part of a TV, I doubt it makes sense to source the panel, pay for shipping, and someone to replace it. Yes, I Googled it as well - no one sells it.

It seems this panel is used in various TV sets, have you tried their repair shops?
