i have LCD TV model LA40A610AJR which Bluetooth TRANSMITTER compatible to that model, i need to use 2 witless headphones at same time

should work. Check the TV manual on how to turn on and use the optical audio output. You may have to turn the TV speakers off and change the audio type to PCM stereo.
