Your best options,
MSI GT 60/70 dominator i7 4800/gtx 880m
Asus G750 JS i7 4700/gtx 870m
Alienware 18 i7 4700/sli gtx 860m (tad over budget $2000)

Those are the top ones for $1800 usd.
The msi is great, specs for price top notch. Will run warmer, fan will be louder but for straight gaming will be fine
Asus is great quality, top notch build, still great specs (I own this one), dual fans, quieter fans, better cooling, includes 256gb ssd
Alienware, 18" so much better than 17", a little more $$ but you get 860mx2, you can run one and be fine and run cooler, can run two which would equal a gtx 880m. This thing is big, thick, has 3 fans, and is awesome. But battery life will be crap, no optimus which is the only one out of the three, and is bigger and way heavier

If you want something closer to 15", 5lbs, the msi cs ghost with i7 4700 and gtx 870m with 128gb/256gb msata for $1700-1800. Runs warmer, runs louder, but slim, light, you will need something to set it on like a cooling pad while gaming though, bottom will get TOASTY
