Both are second hand and both have a similar price. EDIT: not worried about loading times, I prefer the better gaming performance
1. ASUS ROG CPU : Core i7-3630qm (2.4) GPU: Nvidia GTX 670MX 3gb DDR5 RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance HDD: 750gb + SSD 512gb http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Asus-G75VX-T4020H-Notebook.86730.0.html

2. MSI CPU: Core i7-4700mq (2.4) GPU: Nvidia GTX 765m 2gb DDR5 RAM: 8GB standard HDD: 750gb http://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00151296.html

3.MSI CPU: core i5-4200h dual core, nvidia gtx 850m ddr3 2gb, 8gb ram, 750hdd

Thanks once again for being the only one who take his time to help me make my decision. http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-MSI-GE70-i765M287-Notebook.98244.0.html According to notebookcheck, "The case surface warms up to almost 60 °C (140 °F) at some spots and the processor once again cannot maintain its clock during the stress test and throttles just after a couple of minutes. Better ventilation would have been beneficial for the GE70".
I have checked as you told me and many people are complaining that the temps go near 90 degrees. Apparently this model is known for heat issues due to only one exhaust.

On this forum http://forum.notebookreview.com/gaming-software-graphics-cards/737377-nvidea-670mx-vs-765m.html which I don't really consider as a legit source of information, apparently 670mx has overclocking potential, but since you don't know nothing about it (neither do I), maybe someone else could jump in this thread. I found an overclocking of the exact same model http://www.overclock.net/t/1370714/gtx-670mx-overclocking-updated-custom-bios-file but I don't know much about benchmarks, could you tell me if they beat 765m? Also, concerning OCing, is it only enough to do it with msi afterburner, or is there more to it?

I know how heat problems are, I'm already facing them with my current laptop and they're very annoying, seems like I could fry eggs on the left side of my laptop where the single exhaust is located.

Hello again!
Given the Asus has significantly better cooling, its CPU should do well enough for gaming tasks and the 670mx isn't really a downgrade from 765m or 850m, it has 1GB more vram (2GB is already enough but more never hurts), same RAM, same HDD and an SSD (512GB) I would recommend that one if the heating in the MSI machine is really that bad, otherwise I would recommend the 2nd system as the GPU is slightly (~10%?) faster and also has a better CPU (which at this point really shouldn't be that much of an advantage in the usual tasks). But yeah, heating makes hardware throttle (and damages it), it's also very annoying as you said (or typed :p), so the point of an slightly better GPU isn't worth it at all, it is even possible it runs slower because of the heat

Thank you so much for your time and help, indeed I will choose the asus and overclock it to my will since I've read on the forums that the cooling is really efficient and that the card is highly overclockable :)
It's really time for me to get over laptops with heat problems, as my Amd quad core which is supposed to have a 3.2ghz turbo never runs above 2.6 because of the massive heat.
