Which Headset is the best?

Hello, I need some new headphones and I was wandering which ones would be ideal for PC gaming.

Corsair Vengeance 1300 Gaming Headset

I can afford either but as i Understand I think one uses USB and the other plugs into the sound slots on the motherboard, Opinions?

Personally I would not buy headphones from a company that has its history in computer parts. Im not sure what your budget is but both of these are fantastic:
