Both of these computers are available on sale. The Hp is $100 less, the Toshiba has Windows 7 and the HP has Windows 8.1. My other office computer is a Windows 7 machine, For this reason I think the Toshiba is best because of my peer to peer network, but I have no experience or knowledge of computers.
