Well on those low en radeon 520 chips you should be able to run games from 2005 and before at max settings.

The gpu is simply way to weak. You need something better than a radeon 520 to run gta V at 30 fps 1280*720 at low.

My passmark on i3-6006u with Intel 520 vs Radeon 520. 1310 vs 1510
Radeon 520 is much better however I only have one memory slot installed. Installing a dual channel memory would give significantly higher marks. So also consider dual channel memory.

Having said this the 8th generation i5-8250u, with 4 CPU cores would be a much better gaming choice even without dedicated card.
