Need Ideas and opinion guys.. Purpose is mostly for school work, but willing to try new games.

Well from your own list. The main difference is the size of the laptops. They are almost identical but you have a larger one, FX600, with slightly improved CPU, HDD, and keyboard so if you don't mind it being a little bigger, then it's better.

It all comes down to either you prefer 14" or 15"/320GB vs 500GB because the difference between the CPUs isn't noticeable in almost all tasks.
