MY budget is around 40,000 and I have narrowed my research.

Please tell me out of these two which one is overall a winner. Thanks in advance.

If you just require a laptop for we browsing and "multimedia" both should be fine, whichever fits your budget. If #1 had a 1920x1080 display (compared to the 1366x768) of #2 i would definitely go with #1.

What will the laptop be used for?

The only difference I see is the GPU.

If gaming is a priority I would go with the latest GPU the 8670 2GB VRAM, all else seems to be similar. Is the resolution on the first laptop also 1366x768? if one of them has a 1080p display that would sway me in favor of it (the one with 1080p).
