Which laptop can run this games on 30 fps?

If i want play forza motorsport 6 apex and need for speed 2015 on 1366x768 resolution but other setting on lowest possible which laptop can be "good"(30 fps )

I can play the game with a gt 650m before they updated and said that only gpus that support direct x 12 can play it. If anyone knows how to solve this let me know.

PS my laptop is an aus N56VZ

I ran the diagnostic tool and I have direct x 12 installed, I will check again to see if the game throws the same error.
