Which laptop is better for gaming?

Im deciding on which laptop is better in gaming and overall performance. But if you have other choices in mind, feel free to post it. Just a heads up that I'm running on a $700 (no tax included) budget.

My two choices right now are:
MSI CX61 2PC-499us (15.6") with:
Intel Core i5 4200M (2.5GHz)
Nvidia GeForce 820M

or

Acer Asprice V3 572G 54S6 (15.6") with:
Intel Core i5 4210U (1.7GHz)
Nvidia GeForce 840M

No matter what you said about the Acer, it will still be the MSI that will be for gaming. Acer has a low voltage power processor which is not designed for gaming. Although the graphcis card on the Acer is slightly better than the MSI, the MSI is still better. There has to be an equal balance on both CPU and GPU and the MSI has done it.
