Which laptop is better?

I will use this laptop for surfing the web and some gaming. The games are moderate level and nothing close to skyrim or cod.

Lol, CoD has been running on the same freaking engine for ages, it takes like nothing to run

The first one has an i7, but the second has better integrated graphics
