between those i would pick Lenovo but if you want the laptop for gaming you better go with this:

Asus gaming G series at nearly the same price but it's specifically been designed for gaming purposes, and that is very important to use gaming graphic cards and vents and other things, in laptop it's important to choose a laptop designed for what you want to do

not really no. Laptops just don't unless you double or triple your budget, The 940M is a budget card.
