Question Which laptop is better?

Hi! Can you help me decide which one to get? Is this okay for playing games such as team fortress 2? And can we add additional SDD and RAM on both of these? Thank you so much!

Yes both up gradable , memory and storage. I'd get whichever i could get cheaper and upgrade to an SSD, leave the old HDD in there but turn it off in the BIOS. Once a month for full backups, turn it back on do your backups and turn it off again. trust me those things are like ball and chain on your system.
