Question Which Laptop is recommended?

I am looking to purchase two laptops or maybe even Wi-Fi only tablets for my granddaughters who live with us, 3 & 2 yr. olds, something inexpensive to start learning online. abcmouse.com etc.. Any recommendations?

Tablets, there are several kid specific models with tougher cases. Amazon Fire tablet has a kids edition at a good price.
