I'm only wondering because the second one states "Intel® CoreTM i3-330M (2.13GHz, 4Threads, 3M cache)" but on first one it only says "NEW 2010 Intel® Core™ i3-330M 2.13GHz (3M cache)"

So I was wondering, since they are both priced at same price, is the first one's processor not as good or something? Because everything else is same except first one comes with a bigger HD.

Thank you so much.

Well the second one doesn't have any specific specs.
But both CPUs are the same

I couldn't see the first one but the second link looks like a good basic machine.

i3-330M from one machine is identical to an i3-330M from another machine, this is one of the newest CPU's from Intel.

Think about if you really want a 64bit OS. There are pluses and minuses to 64bit OS vs. 32bit OS. Also Dell probably gives you an option for a larger battery so you could decide if the greater battery life would be iportant to you or not.

(BTW Personally I have an old Dell that I've had for about 5 years and it still works great, and I have a new Dell Latitude that I bought about a year ago that also works great, so I'm a fan of Dell laptops.)
