The i3-7100, as it's a substantially stronger CPU, and most everything else is comparable.

Depending on what you want to use it for though, there are options (although all underwhelming in their own way at the pricepoint).

Ryzen3-2200U APU, with a 128GB SSD. Still only 4GB of RAM, which is pretty low these days - and 128GB, while an SSD, would fill up fast vs a 5400rpm 1TB HDD available on the other offerings.
