OR
Acer aspire 5560G-7809 AMD A6-3420m.4 gig ram .1 gig and radeon HD 7670m

I mainly wana use it for online gaming mmorpg and home use.
Does it really matter which one or?

something else to consider -- do you HAVE to have the mobility? Or will your laptop sit on your desk 24/7?
if its not going to move then you can get a lot more PC for your money if you get a desktop

At this stage I need the mobility, I know my way around Desktop PC's but unsure how notebooks compare in performance as i've never used a laptop to play online games before,...I'm heading towards the AMD aswell but for some reason its cheaper then the HP..

Thank you very much for the info..The HP does have a higher mghz RAM speed 1333mhz to the AMD 1066mghz, does this matter at all?

I'll throw this out there just in case you can stretch whatever budget you have so that you can buy a new budget oriented laptop that is more powerful than the two refurbished / used laptops you are considering.

Acer Aspire E15 E5-575-33BM for $330. It was $350 yesterday.
- Core i3-7100U (2.4GHz)
- Intel HD 620
- 1080p screen

The Intel HD 620 is basically equal to the nVidia 920m which means it is a lot more powerful than the what those two laptops have. In fact, as of now there is only one AMD integrated graphics core that is considered more powerful than Intel HD 620 and that is the Radeon R7 (Bristol Ridge) that is only found in AMD's most powerful mobile APU, the FX-9830P. However, that is only based on the specs of the Radeon R7 since it is still relatively new and has not been benchmarked yet.
