If the laptop is primarily for gaming, go with the one which has a better video card, which, in this case, is the Dell Inspiron 7559( i5 version)

May i ask how much these laptops cost? In case that i can recommend something better for the same price.

Well the one with the 960m is better for gpu intense tasks and the one with the i7 is better for cpu intense tasks.
