Sorry but the link to the upload site where you put your screenshot came with too many risky ads - the Cancel and "Don't show" buttons brought up further ad pages.

It's OK - that ste is usually reliable but certainly wasn't working properly this morning.

I would recommende deleting any of those files or folders which you haven't used recently or at all, so the Media, Photo and Portal stay but th others are simply clutter.

Windows can handle music and photos reasonably well - are yours stored in the appropriate Libraries along with My Documents?

I dont have music and photos at my computer, I have them on a USB, so do I need any of the programs? I know I should keep the portal, but do I need to keep the others?

No you don't if you they aren't storing data you might want later. Go ahead and delete.
