The Asus with Nvidia 940M should be a stronger graphics performer than the Lenovo with a R7 M260.

If your just into games I would go for NVIDIA GeForce 940M because it features more CUDA cores, more memory, a wider memory bus, and faster clockspeeds that your games would benefit from it.
