i wanna play watch dogs or gta 5 but im not expecting ultra setting because these are budget laptops

Get the lenovo g50

Intel i7 is the better processor, 16GB of RAM wouldn't really be much of a performance difference for gaming (compared to 8GB of ram)
But the more RAM, the better.

The Acer laptop, has a slightly better graphics card though

The processor will ultimately be the difference maker, so go for the Lenovo with the i7 processor
