Which one is better (Laptop)

Hey guys since last many days I've been doing research on laptops, so I can buy best for myself. Now I've shortlisted these laptops within the range of my budget. So please advise me which one should I buy in terms of reliability, Software development and gaming, Thanks in advance.

1) MSI PE60 2QE (Price: $ 1252)

Specs: Intel Core i7-6700HQ, 2.7 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M (2 GB), 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, 1 TB HDD, 15.6", Windows 10

2) Asus ROG G551JW (Price: $ 1465)

Specs: Intel Core i7-4720HQ, 2.6 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M (4 GB), 12 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, 1 TB HDD, 15.6", Windows 8.1

3) Lenovo IdeaPad Y50-70 (Price: $ 1199)

Specs: Intel Core i7-4720HQ, 2.6 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M (4 GB), 16 GB RAM, 8 GB SSD, 1 TB HDD, 15.6", Windows 8.1

Assuming this is USD... This Asus ROG is a much better choice.

If this is CAD/AUD, the Lenovo Y50 has more RAM, but only has a 8GB SSD (it has a 1TB HDD). The MSI would be another good choice, since it has a Skylake CPU.

Anyway, any three laptops would work without issue.

Thanks bro for your response. Yes actually I'm confused between MSI & ASUS. and Lenovo would be my last choice as I heard that in terms of quality Lenovo sucks. MSI & ASUS have almost similar features just the main difference is MSI has GTX 960m 2Gb while ASUS has 4Gb, so do you think in portable machines GTX 960m 4Gb really matters or 2Gb is also enough. What you recommend ?

Okay actually I'm a Software Engineer as I've not that much idea about hardware side so if you kindly elaborate these things it would be a huge favor from your side . So MSI has 6th generation 2.7 GHz processor while the ASUS has 4th generation 2.6 GHz processor so I'm curious don't you think these things matters or it's fine ?

I am not sure how much improvement the 6th gen is from the 4th gen or the performance increase. I have only used asus laptops and they are great but people on this forum have said that msi is also good for value. In my opinion I would get the msi due the better cpu and the up to date os. This makes a huge difference in performance as win 8.1 is not as good as win 10.
