Personal preference, but I would take option 2. - The OS is interchangeable, the hardware is not.

Well. Option 1 & 3 have new generation processors. Will be good for gaming if that is what OP is preferring for usage.

What I find annoying is going to websites popular in India such as Flipkart, and they never tell you exactly which CPU or GPU is in each laptop. It only says "4th gen i7", or "5th gen i5", or "2GB graphics". Don't they realize that there are about 47 different 4th gen CPU's (for example)?

You are correct about that. We end up searching for the model number in the manufacturers website to find more details.

By the way the 3rd option seems to be better for the reason it has the latest generation of the processor. 2nd option also seemed interesting as it has a i7. But as the post above, it is not mentioning which model.
