Which one of the two should I choose?

My current Notebook is a eMachine with 2GB's of RAM, Window 7 Home 64 Bit, a 120GB HDD, along with a AMD Athlon CPU.
Should I keep it, or trade it and $150's for a HP G42 with windows 7 64 bit, a 300GB HDD, 4GB's of Ram, and a AMD dual core?

I'm not sure as of this moment, I sent the guy a message asking. I'm assuming it's a Turion II.
