According to the tom hierarchy chart (http/www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html ), The 710M would fall some where in the 11th Tier, while the 7670 would fall some where on the 19th Tier. Judging by that the Nvidia GPU would be much better.
