Which one of these ?

I am going to buy new phone but I can't decide which one of these two to buy, because they both kinda is perfect for me but I really like HTC, but again LG is good too..
LG G3 or HTC ONE M8

LG G3 if you dont want to root. M8 if you plan on rooting.

I would say M8, G3 overheats easily and can its battery life suffers from the high res srceen
