Which one should I get for good gaming

I am considering to buy a laptop for gaming, video editing and rendering and also 3D modelling with software like 3DS Max. I have been considering these two laptops, both of same price:

the AMD makes the first one look bad in just about every way. go for the AMD ( second one )

What about the graphics. The nVidia on the first one is quite good as I have heard.
Are AMD graphics still better.
I might play games like GTA 4, assasins creed III and batman arkham city.
Would I be able to play at highest settings?

I am not sure just how awesome assasins creed is. But based on the sepcs i see with the AMD, the screen resolution wasn't shown. I think it's safe to say you could play with highest settings with a 720p display.

The screen res of the HP laptop is 1366x768. Don't know about the HCL one though.

It's decent, but I don't think it'll be future proof. That's not saying much because no build is future proof.

Not even 2 years? Because I don't think I can get a new one earlier than that.

It really depends on what games you play and at what setting. For example: that build won't be maxing out Crysis 3.

Okay, getting this one then. And really its ok if I can't play Crysis 3 at max.
