Which one should I get for good gaming

I am considering to buy a laptop for gaming, video editing and rendering and also 3D modelling with software like 3DS Max. I have been considering these two laptops, both of same price:

What about the graphics. The nVidia on the first one is quite good as I have heard.
Are AMD graphics still better.
I might play games like GTA 4, assasins creed III and batman arkham city.
Would I be able to play at highest settings?
 
I am not sure just how awesome assasins creed is. But based on the sepcs i see with the AMD, the screen resolution wasn't shown. I think it's safe to say you could play with highest settings with a 720p display.
