which one will have better gaming performance??

in a great confusion.... plz help ....

found 2 laptops in my budget.
1) HP 15 r007tx
i5 4210u 1.7ghz(2.7ghz turbo boost)+nvidia 820m

2) HP P029tx
i3 4030u 1.9ghz + nvidia 830m.

(confusion only because of 830m's performance :-( )

(and somebody from INDIA ...please tell me that will i get service and guarantee if i buy HP laptop from AMZON.IN...? )

The difference between the 830 and 820 is not much but the 830 m has 33 watt of tdp and 820 m has 15 watt of tdp so more battery backup.
And for manufacturer warranty you have to contact the manufacturer directly.

I'm seeing like 10fps more in just about every game for the 830m and they even have similar cpus as you are looking at. I'd go with the 830m. Hp does have support for india.

dude i m facing same problem.....
hp P028tx (4030u + 830m)
and Dell 3542 (4210U +820m)
830 m is definately better but what about cpu?
cpuboss stated both aare comparitively equal but
4210u scored 6.6 points out of 10
4030 scored 6.2 points.
i think 3d mark test must be checked..

Cpuboss is trash, forget about it. The i5 is better but the gpu makes more of a difference in gaming.
