I need help! Which is the best sound card for best audio quality with these speakers? I'm mainly using it for gaming, here are some options:

http://www.amazon.com/Creative-Blaster-Beamforming-Microphone-SB1500/dp/B009ISU33E/ref=pd_sim_e_4/181-8338981-5505331

http://www.amazon.com/Creative-Blaster-Titanium-Internal-SB1270/dp/B0041OUA38/ref=pd_sim_pc_3

My budget is about $100-120 and I plan on buying a 5.1/7.1 Headset in the near future. Which of these is the best for the Logitech Z506 5.1 Speakers and for a surround sound headset? Any other recommendations?

does the audio sound subpar with your onboard audio? assuming you have onboard audio. if not then why spend money when you do not need to.

if you need a soundcard you can easily get by with a sub $50 card. z506 speakers although nice are not what i would call audiophile grade requiring higher end cards. personally i always liked soundblaster for the drivers/software.

Don't buy that crappy fatality branding stuff, the front panel thing is a gimmick.

If you want a good sound card get this:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ISU33E/ref=s9_psimh_gw_p147_d0_i4?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=18DYX96PR2KF978MKZME&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=1389517282&pf_rd_i=507846

I don't really recommend a sound card though for those speakers, onboard should be fine.

Gaming headsets also suck really bad sound quality wise, get a 100-200 dollar pair of audiophile headphones. If you get that sound card I recommended then the headphones with virtual surround will work out well.

Also do not ever buy Razer headsets, they are pure crap.
