Which specs are better?

Hi, was just wondering what laptop specs are better for watching movies, browsing websites, sims 3/4, Minecraft and maybe a couple other little games?
2.5/2.9 GHz Dual Core AMD A6-9220
256gb SSD
8gb DRR4 ram
UMA AMD Radeon R4 graphics

Or
 3/3.6GHz AMD Dual-Core A9-9420 
1TB 5400 RPM hdd
8gb DRR4 ram
 AMD R5 integrated graphics

They are both around the same price.

System with the A9 CPU will be faster running things, the laptop with the solid state drive will be faster booting and opening programs. I'd pick the faster system and then replace the drive with a solid state.

These AMD APU's are out-dated crap. Look for a laptop with Intel i3 or i5 CPUs within the same price range.
