Which Sytem Combo is better?

I have to get a system for my friend. It is second hand. These are the choices.

OS: Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit fully activated;

Power Supply: Enermax 600W Noise Taker II, EG701AX-VE
With power and SATA cables.

No case ( will get some cheap one for 20 bucks or so)

I am tending to go towards the x6 build just because it comes with a R9 270.

Would'nt the R9 be better than the 7770 ? Just cuirous.
