The DVD and/or USB you are using, was Windows just copied onto them or was it correctly burned onto them?

I ask because if it was just copied, it would not work correctly to install onto your computer.

It may well be that the computer you are trying to put it on now is not capable of handling it (which is less likely), or the installation medium is not compatible with that particular computer (more likely). Not all are compatible.
