Which TVs can pair directly to Bluetooth hearing aids?

Direct streaming from TV to Bluetooth enabled hearing aids.
I have the Starkey 'Halo', made for iPhone hearing aids. I would like to have the audio from my TV go directly to the hearing aids i.e. without an intermediary device. Is there a way to do this? I have been searching for a positive answer for many months.
P.S. Does anyone know whether the latest Apple TV will pair directly to Halo hearing aids?

You can use a BT transmitter connected to the audio output of your TV. If it has analog out you can use one like this
