Solved! Why display mulfunction when joystick plug into laptop

Before i update my laptop,the joystick still can be detected.After I updated my laptop,i don't knw why the joystick cannot be detected anymore.When I plug in the joystick,it will display "usb device not recognized-mulfunction". What is the problem?I need to install any software?
