Solved! Why do I have low FPS when I play games suddenly?

As the title says.
I started to get really low FPS (below 30 FPS) in any games I play since last week. It never happens before.
I cant find the issue.
I scanned my PC with Malwarebytes and Avast and my PC is virus-free.

My PC spec:
OS: Windows 10 Pro Edition

MotherBoard: MSI Gaming 970 Gaming AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 and SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

CPU: AMD FX-4300 Vishera Quad-Core 3.8GHz (4.0GHz) Socket AM3+ 95W Desktop Processor

GPU: XFX Radeon RX 470 RS Black Edition True OC DirectX 12 RX-470P437BM 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL

It could be software related. Has there been any recent software that you have installed or updated that typically runs during your gameplay? How about background processes, could there be any updating or background installation happening?
