why does bitdefender interefere with othe programme running

programmes keep glitching,but bitdefender say you can carry on as normal....not so in my experience.....

Sounds like you might have something else going on since I run BitDefender and AVG side by side on my many pc's without problems.
Perhaps its time for a clean slate and begin by installing windows fresh.
