Why does my lap-top keep showing low connection

Hello,
my lap-top keeps showing low connection especially late evening sometimes it wont let me access or use video streaming or if it does it stops and says loading continually throughtout the video. any solutions

Sounds like a congestion on the network.

If that is the case, there is nothing you can do about it.
